How much EMC CEO Joe Tucci & other top tech execs make
Oracle's Larry Ellison is back on top of our CEO pay tally after a 24% raise upped his 2012 compensation to $96.1 million. Ellison isn't the only tech CEO enjoying a big raise, however. Pay for CEO Michael Dell more than tripled to $16.1 million, for example, and Dominic Orr, CEO of Aruba Networks, netted a nearly 10-fold increase to $8.9 million.
