OneDrive finally lets you sync shared folders
Microsoft has finally begun rolling out support for syncing shared folders to a user’s computer through its OneDrive cloud storage service.Now, people browsing a folder shared via OneDrive online or through a mobile app can click a button labeled “Add to my OneDrive” and have the folder added to their account. A new tool for pricing used IT equipment
An electronics recycler has created an IT products database representing 9,000 manufacturers and 11 million equipment models. The products range from consumer to business equipment, such as network storage devices, routers, switches, as well as servers, PCs and office machines.The database, called the Sage BlueBook, was launched this week in beta and will remain free to use. It will give prices based on condition, including non-working. Traction Watch: Cloudera soars to $100M in revenue and 100% year-on-year growth
Looks like Google, Yahoo, and Facebook can produce a winning combination. Those are the companies the Cloudera founders -- Christophe Bisciglia, Amr Awadallah and Jeff Hammerbacher -- all came from (in order) when they created the Big Data software that runs on the Apache Hadoop software framework.Cloudera recently announced hitting a major milestones of $100M in revenue and 100 percent year-on-year revenue growth. Their new customer growth in the enterprise market grew by 85%; they now have 525 customers in that market.
